When you book your appointment we ensure that the time slot is set aside for you and only you. We ensure that we are prepared and ready for your appointment. In return we ask that you honour your commitment by ensuring you show up for your appointment on time.
As missed appointments are very costly for wellness practitioners and prevent us from catering to other clients, we have a simple policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given us at least 24hrs prior to appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Being mindful of each other's time.
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us by phone at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. If we do not hear from you within this time frame the above policy will be applied.
*We recognize that there are some circumstances that are out of your control (family emergencies, sudden illness etc.) We may make exceptions to the above policy on those rare occasions.
As a reminder, please reschedule your appointment if you have any cold or flu symptoms that arise prior to treatment, the 24 hr cancellation policy will not apply in these cases. We will simply reschedule the appointment :) Thank you!
